Wifi is included at The Switch; you will have access to unlimited lightning/ warp speed WIFI (also known as a minimum of 100Mb symmetrical upload and download per user). You can connect up to 5 devices through one username.

Our friendly concierge team will be on hand to assist you with all your inquiries, tours and bookings prior to moving in; and will continue to be a friendly face around the building once you move in, always around to help you with anything you need!

Our Pop-up Retail display allows room for cool and exciting pop-ups to enter The Switch each week. Some weeks you might head down to the lobby and find yourself a pre-loved books store; other times, you will find yourself browsing through handmade crochet! The great part is that if you have a new venture of your own, you can ask to set up your own display!

Tenants will have access to a fully equipped laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers, as well as all your laundry necessities like detergent on hand. The laundry uses QR codes to activate the washers and dryers; just scan the QR and hit go.

Our co-working spaces offer you the opportunity not only to live but also to work from The Switch with total ease. Allowing you to separate your work/study life from your room without having to head out of your residence to a library or cafe. Our co-working spaces offer a quiet workspace, as well as the opportunity for collaboration in our private meeting rooms.

Our Communal Kitchen presents tenants the space to cook, collaborate and share meals in the kitchen with friends outside of their private residences. As well as allowing access to a variety of cooking appliances such as blenders, mixers, juicers, and slow cookers.
