- You should definitely explore the more than 70 stalls and indulge in some delicious fresh and local produce, it’ll be a great day out.

- If you’re a bit of a history buff, why not visit The Adelaide Gaol during your break.
- It happens to be one of the oldest remaining colonial public buildings in Adelaide, and holds a lot of interesting facts about the State’s past.
- You can do self-guided tours, making your experience much more informative.
Winery Tour
- Adelaide is not far from some of Australia’s finest wineries. They are definitely worth visiting, not only to try some fantastic wine, but to take in the beautiful scenery and landscape.
- You can visit the Barossa Valley, the Clare Valley, McLaren Vale and more. Most wineries offer tours, with transportation options to and from the city, or, you could make the most of your time in wine country and spend the weekend there with mates.

- You can easily get the ferry, and spend the day exploring what the island has to offer.

- The Art Gallery of South Australia is home to a broad selection of art and is definitely worth visiting. General admission is free so it is an easy and affordable activity. It is popular for its eclectic range of art.

- You could do the Art Gallery and Museum in one day, or spread them both over a weekend. If you love history and culture, it’s a great day out.

- The beautiful Adelaide Botanic Garden is a true hidden gem right in the heart of the city. Why not escape the bustling city during your Uni break and explore the serenity this garden has to offer.
- You can also enjoy a special lunch, or some cafe food whilst you’re there.

Beachside Flair in Glenelg
- Glenelg is a bustling part of Adelaide for a good reason: This beachside suburb has lots on offer. Enjoy walking along the beach and out on the historic jetty.
- You could do a sunset cruise with mates, or hire bikes and ride along the coast.
- There are several restaurants and cafes that span the coast line you can stop and enjoy something to eat and drink at. Don’t forget to have a swim at the beach either!
- The Beachouse is also a fun place to visit, even as an adult, there is something for everyone!
Visit Hahndorf Village in Adelaide Hills
- Hahndorf is a historic and unique place in Adelaide Hills and attracts lots of visitors.
- Main Street has many cute cafes, eateries and shops to explore. There are quirky antique stores too.
- It would be a great place to visit for the day, you could play mini golf or visit the Hahndorf Academy.
- German culture is definitely embedded in the town, with many restaurants and cafes serving traditional German food. Why not visit the Brewery whilst you’re there too!
